In the Business Mail version you can manage multiple calendars in one email account. You can e.g. organize your contacts better (by departments of your company, ...). This allows you e.g. to separate work from private events.
1. Adding an User Calendar
- the procedure is different for Simple and other layouts. When using simple layout click with the right mouse button on the left hand side Calendar menu. Select New calendar item from context menu. When using layouts as Forpsi, Grey click on New calendar button.

- a new New calendar window will be opened, insert the details of the new calendar.
- the details of the new calendar can be edited anytime later by clicking with the right mouse button on the calendar and selecting the Properties item

2. Add an Event to the User Calendar
- view calendar and add an event as usual
- in the window Add event select the user calendar from the Calendar combo-box

- if access to the shared calendar is not allowed by the postmaster, the calendar will not be displayed in the drop-down menu list
3. Moving the Event into another Calendar
- open the event
- in the Calendar combo-box is a list of available calendars displayed. Select the calendar, which you want to move the event into.

- only the postmaster or an authorized account can move an event into the shared calendar
4. Renaming the Calendar
- click with the right mouse button on the calendar
- select Edit calendar item from the context menu
5. Removing the Calendar
- click with the right mouse button on the calendar
- select the Delete calendar item from the context menu (you can not delete a Personal or a Shared calendar)
6. Filtering Events from particular Calendars
- by default, all events calendars are displayed
- click on the calendar on the left hand side menu to hide events of this calendar (the calendar icon is crossed out)
