What can be changed after login to the customer account

 

Each of your services can be easily administered in your administrator account. This can be done after logging into the administrative interface at https://admin.forpsi.com/.

You can change (or authorize changes) of all parameters that can be changed, you can also make new orders. For example:
  • to change password for the administration of the main account;
  • to change DNS servers and edit particular DNS records (there are some restrictions for service Package);
  • to change FTP password or database password;
  • to add and edit contacts;
  • to order additional services (if they are available for the selected version);
  • to join another customer accounts to the current account;
  • to print pro forma invoices and tax documents;
  • to pay services via credit card;
  • to order new services;
  • and more...

 

In the left menu, there is a link Contact form through that you can authorize any other changes, requirements etc. The form should be used preferentially for the contact with the customer support.

The customer, who writes through the authorized Contact form, is entitled to ask for any feasible changes by the service which is placed in this account.
