F-Page service plan change

F-Page
Customer can change his F-Page service variant only by replacing the lower version of the service with a functionally higher version (Upgrade). The opposite model, i.e. performing a so-called (Downgrade) is not usually possible. In such a case customer has to send a request through a contact form and his demand will be handled individually.

Upgrade 

Customer can upgrade his F-Page service variant to a higher one (from the WEB variant to the SHOP variant). Customer will be adequately charged for the ordered change. The F-Page service variant upgrade can be ordered in Customer Administration.
