SSL certificate renewal

30 days prior to the expiration date of the SSL certificate, the customer will receive an e-mail with a notification of the expiration of the service together with a proforma invoice. In case payment is not received on our account by the due date of the proforma invoice, the billing system will send 2 more reminders to the customer with a warning of the upcoming expiration date of the SSL certificate.

Notification of SSL certificate expiration is also sent by the respective Certification Authority. The first one is usually 60 days before the SSL certificate expires. Others follow 30 days, 10 days before expiration and on the day of expiration.

If a FORPSI technician installs the certificate, you simply pay the invoice and do not need to take any further steps.

If you install the SSL certificate yourself, you need to upload a new CSR. Details on how to create a CSR and other information can be found in this article
