Initial setup of rankingCoach

During your first login to the rankingCoach control panel, the configuration process will start.
To proceed, follow the on-screen instructions:

  1. Enter your personal information.


  2. Enter your project details, such as the project name, the country where you operate, and the language of your project.


  3. Enter your company name in the search field and locate it.


     - If the company cannot be found using the suggested method, manually enter your company details and address using the "Add business manually" button:


    After this step, a basic SEO and website content analysis will take place, which may take several seconds.

  4. Add keywords relevant to your business.


    At this stage, you can use the "Back" button to adjust other project information, such as business type/location and extended contact details.

    You can modify and update this information later, including changing keywords, after the initial project setup.

  5. Confirm or add your industry.


  6. Select main competitors. It’s recommended to choose companies of similar size operating in the same region.


  7. Check your company details to ensure they are accurate. 

Afterwards, the rankingCoach dashboard will be displayed, allowing you to access all features included in your plan.

Project information will be updated gradually over 48 hours, as rankingCoach collects and analyzes available data after the initial project setup.
