07 - Why can't I see my service in the Bulk invoicing of services section?

There are several reasons why the filter may not show a service that you are certain you have under your management.

  1. The service has expired - if the prepaid period has already ended and the service is inactive, it will not be displayed in the "Bulk invoicing of services" section. Only active services are included in this section.
  2. The service has already been renewed for a period longer than six months (180 days).
  3. The service is restricted by the Registry (third party). Some domain extensions can only be renewed within the following timeframes:

.ru (31 days before expiration)
.pl (31 days before expiration)
.uk (31 days before expiration)
.de (60 days before expiration)
.lv (60 days before expiration)
.at (45 days before expiration)
.as (30 days before expiration)
.ai (45 days before expiration)

.es (60 days before expiration)


  • Domains with the above extensions will appear in the "Bulk invoicing of services" section once the specified condition is met (days remaining until expiration).
  • The same condition applies to the email notification with the Overview of the expiring services. Generally, the email is sent with filtering set to services expiring within the next 90 days. However, domains with the extensions listed above will only be included in the email when they are eligible for renewal.
