Access management

Postmaster is a special account which usually allows providing of a mailboxes' maintenance.  This user can also make changes within calendar and address book shared with all email accounts within the domain. You can grant access to the administration panel to another mailboxes as well.

Click on the logout area in the top menu and then select Admin.

Delegation of access

Click on the icon Manage in the left mail menu and then choose a tab Mail Admin.
 
Enter a full email address into the text field.
 
Click on the link Add in order to delegate access to the Admin panel to this user.
To temporary disable an access click on the link On.
 
You can remove an email address from the list by clicking to the link Remove access.
 
 
Delegation to user permissions to edit shared address book
Click on the icon Manage in the left mail menu and then choose a tab Address book.
 
Enter a full email address into the text field.
 
Click on the link Add in order to add to the user permissions to edit shared address book.
 
 
Delegation to user permissions to edit shared Calendar
Click on the icon Manage in the left mail menu and then choose a tab Calendar
 
Enter a full email address into the text field.
 
Click on the link Add in order to add to the user permissions to edit shared calendar.
Additionally you can change the background color of events of this calendar.
