Change billing information

If your billing details have changed (address, company ID, company name …), you need to update it in our system so that the billing information is correct and the details on the proforma invoice and tax document match the reality.

Depending on what information has changed, there are two ways to make the change:

1. Editing the existing contact (for changes in email, address, date of birth, state code, or phone number)
2. Adding a new contact (in case of change in company ID, company name, or if the original billing contact is being replaced by another)


1.1 Edit the Existing Contact in the Administration

 
1. Log in to the customer administration at https://admin.forpsi.com/.
2. Click on the link "Contact List".

 
3. Click on the numerical identifier of the contact you want to edit.

 
4. Enter the new information and confirm by clicking the "Save Changes" button. The change will be applied to all services where the contact is set as billing. All issued and unpaid proforma invoices linked to the contact will also be updated. These proforma invoices are visible directly on the contact editing page.


Please note: If multiple proforma invoices are linked to the contact, the first 10 will be displayed for clarity and loading time purposes.

5. You can find the updated proforma invoices in the "Invoices" section after the change is completed. If the state code has changed, we will check the VAT and recalculate the final amount if necessary. Make the payment only after making the changes. The variable symbol on the updated proforma invoices will not change.

Warning: Changes to already issued tax documents are not possible.

1.2 Edit the Contact on the Online Payment Page


1. If you notice incorrect billing information on the payment page, click on the link "Edit Contact" and change the information before making the payment. After payment and issuance of the tax document, it is no longer possible to change the information on this document.


2. Log in to the administration, and the system will redirect you directly to the billing contact where you can make the change.

 
3. After saving the changes, you will be redirected back to the payment page, where you will see the updated billing contact. Now you can click the "Pay" button and pay for the service.



4. The tax document will be issued with the correct billing contact information. If you have any questions, contact our customer support.

2. Changing Billing Information by Adding a New Contact (Replacing a Contact with Another)


1. Log in to the customer administration at https://admin.forpsi.com/.
2. Go to the specific service tab. Click on the link "Manage".


3. In the next step, you can either select another existing contact from the list or create a completely new one. If an unpaid proforma invoice is linked to the original contact, you will be notified of this along with information about the automatic update of the information on the proforma invoice after saving the changes.


Please note: If there are multiple services on an issued unpaid proforma invoice, a contact change is made for all services on the proforma invoice. At the same time, the billing information on the proforma invoice will be adjusted, VAT will be checked and the amount will be recalculated if necessary. In this case, you will be asked to agree to change the billing contact for all services listed on the bulk proforma invoice.

 
4. The updated proforma invoice can be found in the "Invoices" section after the change has been completed. If the country code has changed, we will check the VAT and recalculate the resulting amount if necessary. Please make payment after the changes have been made. The variable symbol will not change on the updated proforma invoice.
 
Warning: Changes to already issued tax documents are not possible.
